Educated with a business degree from University of Illinois in Chicago and a U.S. Army Veteran, Mr. Michelsen has over 20 years of progressive leadership, communication and management experience and responsibilities. Extremely competent in project coordination, team management, construction value engineering, and all facets of real estate development.
Eric Looye
Construction Manager
Over 35 years of experience as a residential and commercial builder, Mr. Looye specializes in managing residential and commercial renovations. With plenty of experience in build-outs, remodeling and additions, Eric Looye is a well-versed construction manager that throughout his years and exposure, became self-taught in almost every trade. He is an excellent problem solver, meticulous when it comes to finishing a project, and carries excellent attention-to-detail and communication skills.
Richard Lugo
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Lugo manages the technological functions of the company and oversees all IT responsibilities. Serves as the lead on identifying what technologies can be used to improve company performance and operations. Educated with a Master's Degree in Media design from Full Sail University, Richard has almost 20 years of experience in direct web design and management, video creation and professional photography. Mr. Lugo is an expert at integrating new technology trends and ensures any technology that is introduced meets the needs of the company.
Jimmy Ramirez
Sales & Marketing Manager
As our newest team member, Mr. Ramirez is a seasoned professional experienced in sales in many industries. He holds over 20 years of experience in direct sales and overseeing small sales teams. His experience includes, launching new sales campaigns, managing client retention year-to-year. Lead generation such as cold-calling, door-to-door, targeting by industry and location, e-mail campaigns, referral requests. Jimmy also leads efforts in company branding, territory creation, and identifying future expansion opportunities.
